The concept of digital economy is typical to information society and is based on three essentil features: the infrastructure necessary for analyzing, assembling, processing and stocking the informations;the possibility of achieving on-line transactions; sending the informations from one individual to another, from one individual to organisations and from organisations to other organisations.
