Land is a basis factor of production and of human existence. It represents an important national wealth. As an object of property, through its exploitation, it generates different results based on several factors. Giving this reason, as any other asset transaction on the market, in the conditions of the market’s economy, the land has to be assessed in a capitalize term; therefore it must have a price.
