THE VERTICAL INTEGRATION IN THE INDUSTRY OF WINE WHAT SUPPORTING POLICIES SHALL BE ADAPTED?

The country's economic development has brought substantial changes in the Agribusiness System, shown especially in the dynamic changes of economic environment in the agro-industry firms activity, represented by these enterprises operating in the sphere of production of agricultural products (farms), enterprises that support these activities (producer of agricultural inputs) , and enterprises operating in the sphere of agro-industry. In this context, we do not exclude the actors involved in the wine industry, where it should be noted that it seems some positive trend, between farmers and producers of wine. But, it should be noted that, related to the fact that the level of efficiency of activity between actors involved in the value chain, is significantly conditioned by the strategies followed by enterprises for the production of wine, issues related to efficiency of use of production’s factors, strategies and behavior of farms producing grapes, destination and mode of implementation of supporting policies in this area etc. Considered above, and in particular, the weak linkage between producers and wine industry, through this study we intend to offer some opinions and explain that supporting the farmers must be acted indirectly, through the support of the wine industry enterprises, would be very realistic and useful as this, above all, would allow the development of partnerships between farmers and industry of wine, and in this context, the harmonious functioning of the system.
