A especializa o jornalística como teoria e objeto: contornos e limites

This article proposes a literature review that encompasses authors who have approached the specialized journalism as a practice and as a field of knowledge. Through a historical and conceptual view, there is an intention to situate this thematic area from originally journalistic studies, then crossing and linking theoretical perspectives from their regularities and dialogues. The route of the text is guided by the finding of names that stand out in the treatment of a journalistic expertise in order to give visibility to some ideas not so worked in the Brazilian context, as well as to organize their contributions and indicate possible gaps or limits that constitute them. In this way, there is a trend to a formatting and discipline of a specialized journalism. Finally, it is possible to reach a brief reflection on the relation between journalistic expertise and notions of knowledge and uniqueness.
