MILK CHAIN IN ROMANIA – POST-ACCESSION EFFECTS

The paper analyzes the development of the milk and dairy sector in the context of introducing and implementing the quota system in Romania: the demand and supply for each representative category of dairy products; prices – in correlation with quality; processing and commercialization, as well as new elements of product policy.
