EU REGIONS FACING OLD AND NEW CHALLENGES

EU regions have to face a lot of social, environmental and economic challenges. In addition the economic turbulence has been causing a lot of changes in the world, affecting the regions of the community, too. This study focuses on these challenges and tries to present the EU’s answers formulated as a response to these issues.
