The diagnostic analysis realized in this paper has as a purpose the establisment of informational benchmarks regarding the internal and external situation in which the economic actors from the viticulture domain evolve. The way through which this purpose can be reached are based on the establishment of the economic environment conditions and the primary data obtained by the company. So, it has been proved that the analysed company has a great economic potential, but reduced flexibility and is subjected to economic risks.
