The use of the matrix diagram as a tool for the analysis of effectiveness of supply chain

The different approaches of the analyzing of the supply chain efficiency are presented. The special attention was paid to matrix methods, which enable to present both qualitative and quantitative relationships in a more communicative way. The limits of these methods were also discussed.
