The characteristics of high speed milli-meter-wave amplitude inversion type switches

The results of analysis of millimeter-wave inversion type switches characteristics are demonstrated in the article. A dielectric case is considered as a radial line with the distributed parameters which provide the transformation of input impedance to the diode structure terminals for realization of terms of parallel resonance in the switch chart in the microwave mode.
