Contexto actual y visiones de la gestión del conocimiento: estudio de casos

With the development of Management of Knowledge, many studies and works plead for the implementation and application of its processes; but the how-to-do-it vision is different among regions, managers, workers perhaps due to the nature of the discipline itself or because every person embraces it according to their own nominated speech from the experience and knowledge learned, applied and organized in conformity with the acquired information. In this work it is shown the outcomes from several studies about Management of knowledge aiming to show the vision of the professionals from some parts of the world regarding the management of knowledge. It is also shown the outcomes of a research performed in Cuba in eight organizations that are implementing the management of knowledge
