Cultura organizacional y nivel de innovación: estudio comparado de casos en empresas de software

This is an exploratory research in which an attempt to describe cultural typologies in a group of four companies with an intensive use of technology and their relation with the innovative degree that these companies present is carried out, specifically in the software area. It is assumed that a relation between cultural typology and the company's level of innovation can be established.The conclusions answering the proposed hypotheses are presented for companies under study.
