The article presents a complete educational model of a contemporary household controlling system called intelligent house. Intelligent house systems are spreading now throughout the modern world by getting more and more affordable. Soon every household will contain some version of them. That emphasizes the importance of taking them into the current curriculum. The article shows the wide possibilities of programming and using the intelligent house system. The presented system is a very flexible solution. It can be used with a computer as well as without. It can be started with only a few elements and can be extended later at any time. Photos of the model system are also presented.
