Nowadays, the creativity and creative thinking development are becoming one of the main teaching goals of the education programmes in all kinds of schools. One of the questions under debate in the field of creativity is how to improve its standard. This article deals with the research of creative skills within the project Nonverbal creativity in technical education carried out within the sco-pe of grant GA R 406/07/0109. This project deals with the research of nonverbal creativity and at the same time it will try to show how to develop the creativity in techni-cally oriented subjects at work with the school education programme.V sou asné době se tvo ivost a rozvoj tv r ího my lení stává jedním z hlavních vyukovych cíl kolních vzdělávacích program na v ech typech kol. Jednou ze stále diskutovanych otázek v oblasti tvo ivosti je zji ování její úrovně. lánek pojednává o vyzkumu tvo ivych schopností v rámci projektu Nonverbální tvo ivost v technické vychově uskute ňovaného v rámci grantu GA R 406/07/0109. Tento projekt se zabyval nejen vyzkumem samotné neverbální tvo ivosti, ale zároveň se pokusil ukázat jak tuto tvo ivost rozvíjet v technicky orientovanych p edmětech p i práci se kolním vzdělávacím programem.
