MISSION, VISION AND VALUES OF THE SCHOOL AS MAIN DETERMINANTS OF ITS QUALITY / Poslanie, vízia a hodnoty koly v pozícii ur ujúceho determinantu jej kvality

Mission, vision and values of the school, in terms of suitably chosen quality management, are for the given school a very important step in determining its further development, which forms its quality (policy, strategy, objectives, ...). In the first part of the report the authors theoretically analyze the quality and by them modified philosophy of TQM, further they introduce concepts related to the suitably chosen direction of a school. In the final part is presented the mission, vision and values of the Oskar Winkler's Secondary Industrial School of Construction in Lu enec in a survey, which consisted of finding out the value orientation of the school's teachers and SWOT analysis (internal evaluation of school) that was carried out among pupils, parents and teachers.Poslanie, vízia a hodnoty koly sú z h adiska vhodne zvoleného mana érstva kvality pre danú kolu ve mi podstatnym krokom ur enia jej al ieho rozvoja, ktorym sa formuje jej kvalita (politika, stratégia, ciele,...). V závere nej asti je prezentované poslanie, vízia a hodnoty SP stavebnej Oskara Winklera v Lu enci vychádzajúce z prieskumu, ktory pozostával zo zistenia hodnotovej orientácie u ite ov koly a SWOT analyzy (vnútorného hodnotenia koly) prevedenej u iakov, rodi ov a u ite ov.
