Tests of application of waste of slaughter-houses treated with agricultural ends: case of Corn cultureKeywords: Waste of slaughter-houses , Valorization , Bio-manure , Culture of Corn Abstract: The fermentation of green waste (contained stomachic) of slaughter-houses is accompanied by a fast reduction in the pH. The lowest value (3,85) is reached after 15 days of fermentation in the test inoculated by leaven (BL5-BL10), with a proportion of molasses 20% with a rate of acidity which exceeds 0.95%, which shows an important improvement of the hygienic and organoleptic quality of the fermented product. The tests of fertilization carried out by bio-manure, showed an improvement of the output in Corn grains with a maximum value of 47± 0.47 qx/ha, obtained in the case of test II (10T/ha) compared to the chemical and pilot treatment. The bio-manure obtained for a significant purpose on the characteristics of the ground, the contribution of the co product on the ground, improved its content and its reserves out of Nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium assimilated in an astonishing way. Its reserves were almost doubled by the two amounts brought (5T/ha and 10T/ha) respectively to reach values of 2.17 ± 0.33%,2.11 ± 0.27% and 2.67 ± 0.35% in the case of Corn culture compared to the initial state.
