THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM FOR TEACHERS IN LIFELONG LEARNING IN MODERN KNOWLEDGE-BASED SOCIETY / Vzdelávací program pre pedagógov v rámci celo ivotného vzdelávania v modernej vedomostnej spolo nostiKeywords: ICT , lifelong education , distance education , blended learning , Moodle Abstract: The training belongs to the priorities of any modern society, built on sciential principle. Building a knowledge society is guaranteed assumption for improving the living standards of whole society. The present article deals with the theme of lifelong learning, which exploit the knowledges from application forms of distant training (or combined form) with e-learning support in Nitra UKF. This mentioned educational program, created for the IC by a team of specialists is incorporated into the LMS Moodle. Its content is focused on further training of teachers, specifically on increasing raising skills in use of multimedia elements during learning process. The educational program was introduced to the Accreditation Commission, Ministry of Education for an approval. It was successfully accredited at the end of2009 and nowadays is tested within a pilot version of the UKF in Nitra selected sample of PhD students and PostDocs who have showed an interest in this program, to graduate a proposed combined form of study with an e-learning support.Medzi priority ka dej modernej spolo nosti, budovanej na vedomostnom princípe, je zaradené vzdelávanie. Budovanie vedomostnej spolo nosti je zaru enym predpokladom zvy ovania ivotnej úrovne celej spolo nosti. Predkladany lánok sa zaoberá témou celo ivotného vzdelávania, ktoré vyu íva poznatky z aplikovania di tan nej formy (príp. kombinovanej formy) vzdelávania s podporou e-learningu, na UKF v Nitre. Predstaveny vzdelávací program, vytvoreny tímom odbornych pracovníkov na KI, je zakomponovany do prostredia LMS Moodle. Obsahovo je zamerany na al ie vzdelávanie pedagógov, konkrétne na zvy ovanie kompetencií v oblasti vyu ívania multimediálnych elementov vo vzdelávacom procese. Vzdelávací program bol predlo eny na Akredita nú komisiu M SR na schválenie. Na konci roka 2009 bol úspe ne akreditovany a v sú asnosti je overovany v rámci pilotnej verzie na UKF v Nitre na vybranej vzorke doktorandov a postdoktorandov, ktorí prejavili záujem tento program absolvova navrhnutou kombinovanou formou túdia s podporou e-learningu.
