Enantiomeric control purity of benzo- and pyrido-1,4-dioxane derivatives by chiral chromatography and capillary electrophoresisKeywords: Quality control , Enthiomeric purity , Chiral chromatography , Capillary electrophoresis , Chiral selector Abstract: Control quality of enantiomeric purity of some derivatives of 1,4-dioxane was realized by liquid chromatography using chiral stationary phases or by capillary electrophoresis using chiral selector.Enantiomeric purity control of 2,3-dihydro-1,4-benzodionic system was achieved by chiral chromatography using ULTRON ES-OVM column with mobile phase constituted by 75% KH2PO4 (20 mM) at pH 6.6 and 25% CH3OH with 1.2 mL/mn as flow rate, using UV detection system at 220 nm.Enantiomeric resolution of 2,3-dihydro-1,4-pyridodioxinic system was controlled by electrophoresis capillary, using a mixture of anionic cyclodextrin and neutral dissolved in (HCOOH/NH3) at pH 4 and ionic strength of 50 mM and UV detection at 220 nm.
