Validation Method of the Determination of Histamine Quantification in Seafood Using HPLCKeywords: interne validation , HPLC , Histamine , Biogenic amines , Exactitude Abstract: The aim of this study is to validate HPLC method for proportioning of the biogenic amines; particularly histamine in seafood. This work will help us to quantify in an exact way our samples and to be able to ensure the quality and the healthiness of the food products. To validate this method, we applied the requirements of standard NF V03-110 of May 2010 [1], based on the exactitude and fidelity, and the requirements of standard NF T 90-210 [2] based on the survey of the standardization .The results obtained declare the method valid and reliable for the use as method in routine.
