Womenare naturally endowed with the qualities of entrepreneurship. Maternity is a creativecapacity involving risk of life. Maternal instincts generate enormous strength anddetermination that drive the fear away from them.The present research study has been conducted to study the problems of womenentrepreneurs with special reference to some selected units in Hyderabad KarnatakaRegion .The main objective of the study has been to understand the socioeconomic backgroundof women entrepreneurs, and their problems in running their enterprisesefficiently and profitably and To suggest different remedial measures in helping andpromoting women entrepreneurship.All most all the women entrepreneurs irrespective of their education ,age,married and the unmarried, caste, religion, type of organizations, ownership type,experience, amount of capital investment , fixed assets have ranked the problem offinance as first in order followed by the problem relating to sales, competition from othersellers, purchase of raw materials, technical problems and labour related problems.
