Study of the Level of Learning in IT based Organizations of Pakistan

Significance of learning in current environment for any organization is unavoidable. Now organizations of Pakistan also aware from learning oriented environment. The purpose of this paper is to examine the learning orientation environment in IT based organization of Pakistan on the basis of five disciplines of learning organization given by Peter Senge. Results reveal that the level of learning in IT based organizations is reliable but need more improvement.
