This work is dedicated to the comparison of the mode of operation of the e-services in the frameworks of eGovernment projects in the Czech Republic and selected countries. In the framework of the work, states appropriate for comparison with the Czech Republic were selected depending on various factors (the size of the state, the number of people with a connection to the Internet, the quality of the eGovernment of the state, etc.). Subsequently, comparable e-services operated by individual states were selected and then evaluated in terms of method of operation, in particular their standardization, centralization, availability, sophistication, or accessibility. At the conclusion of the work, an evaluation was carried out, which may result to the specific recommendations for the Czech Republic and its eGovernment
