Realizace ERP projekt : vysledky vyzkumu

The article presents research findings focused on the critical success factors in ERP implementation projects. Furthermore, it compares two approaches to the implementation of ERP system of two major systems integrators. In conclusion, the article summarizes the basic features of the lean implementation, implementation methodologies and their use for different types of ERP projects.
