Dual Negative Regulated Charge Pump

This paper presents a Dual Negative RegulatedCharge Pumps which is insensitive to process and temperaturevariations. The Dual Negative Charge Pump makes use of twoPMOS transistors to switch on either one of the two negativeoutputs. The negative charge pump was realized with good lineregulation, low ripple voltage and small IC area. Measurementand simulation results show that the Dual Negative ChargePump meets all the design specifications.
