EFEITOS DA IMERS O DE EMPREENDEDORAS EM REDES: CASOS DE ASSOCIA ES DE MULHERES DE NEGóCIOS DO ESTADO DO PARANá

The objective of this research is to understand effect of the participation of women entrepreneurs in nets, specifically in associations of business women, inserted in Trade associations in Paraná State, Brazil. The benefits of the participation in nets are pointed by several authors (BARBOSA, FULER, FERREIRA, 2005; BORGES JúNIOR, 2004; JACK; ANDERSON, 2002; TEIXEIRA; MORRISON, 2004). However, little knows on the types of nets and forms of participation of entrepreneurs (MOORE, BUTTNER, 1997). The methodologywas a qualitative study, carried through in the Trade associations of Maringá, Campo Mour o and Londrina, in the Paraná. The collection of data were carried through by interviews and documentary analysis. The results had been gotten from the analysis of content and documentary analysis, also following the classification pointed for Dacin, Ventresca and Beal (1999) in cognitive, politicians and cultural effect resultants of the participation in the net. The conclusions of the study strengthen the importance of the participation of entrepreneurs in nets, as much in the mentioned aspects, as well as in reason of the participation to have propitiated many entrepreneurs a preparation to act later in other nets.
