Acompanhamento Do Primeiro Ano De Trabalho De Pessoas Com Deficiência Em Uma Institui o PúblicaKeywords: people with disabilities , inclusion , group phenomenon Abstract: The objective of the reported experience was to follow the adaptation process of people with disabilities (PWD) intheir first year of work, searching to identify difficulties, easy aspects, and strategies of adaptation built. Pichón-Rivière’s operative group presuppositions were used as reference for the conduction of the works. It can be seenthat PWD begin their relations in a more cautious manner, considering possible indications of disqualification andprejudice. However, insofar as they feel welcomed by the group and by the institution, they express their difficulties,ask for help, and compromise in their relationships.
