AN ANALYSIS OF ROMANIAN MANAGEMENT DURING THE CRISIS IN 2008 – 2011Keywords: manager , crysis , leadership , objectives , motivation Abstract: During the crysis, and not only, romanian managers, of some large companies, have a behaviour that caracterise in the next features: competivity, open minded, they assume calculated risks, and are stubborn and hardly accept failure. Also they are very concerned with their social status. They exercise pressure on their employees, and aply an excesive control. It seems that the financial results are the main preocupation of the managerial teams. They are less willing to delegation. They talk much, and don`t have the patience to listen to their collaborators and they consider they are allways right. Managers are very interested in salary packages and bonuses. Most of the times they forget to motivate thiri employees.
