Leadership: How to Create a Winning Organization

The purpose of this paper is to present the importance of the leaders skills. Leaders have influence over other people to accomplish an objective and directs the organization in a way that makes it more cohesive and coherent. Those who seem to be "natural leaders" and effectively inspire groups without really knowing the strategies or tactics used are considered charismatic leaders. This charismatic leaders seems to have some skills that other not poses. In our view, contributing to the developing the skills for leaders.
