Vzpostavitev ESRS v Sloveniji : Realization of ESRS in Slovenia

The purpose of the paper is to present the introduction and implementation of the new state reference system in Slovenia. The new system will be a realization of the European reference system ESRS (European Spatial Reference System) in our territory. ESRS willconsist of ETRS89 (European Terrestrial Reference System 1989) and the new height system. The cartographic projection will also be a new one. ESRS should provide a long-term reference for all branchesand activities producing or using spatial data.
