El presente artículo analiza las sentencias judiciales que se han pronunciado en Chile sobre el arbitraje comercial internacional desde la dictación de la ley que rige la materia (2004), con el objeto de revisar cuál ha sido su acogida en relación a la institución arbitral y los principios que la rigen. The present article analyses the judicial decisions that have been declared in Chile on international commercial arbitration, since the enactment of the law governing the subject (2004), in order to review which has been its reception in relation to the arbitral institution and the principles that govern it.
