O contributo do design ergonómico na interac o com dispositivos de controlo: um caso de reconcep o de um posto de trabalho

This paper presents a case study developed by a multidisciplinary team in a transformer production industry. The intervention focuses on human-machine interaction during the period of activity and particularly on its consequences when the conception of the machine is not user-centered developed. It describes the particular context of the intervention; and the tasks involved in the analysed work situation, as well as the methodological issues that led to the intervention. The main results of the analysis are presented, suggesting the need for intervention by redesigning the job.
