Progression of the Coronary Artery Disease after By-Pass Operation Due to Negligence of Competition PossibilityKeywords: By-Pass Operation , Competitive Flow , Stenosed Coronary Arter. Abstract: The term competitive flow defines the flow from a partially stenosed native artery that overcomes the flow from a graft. It may cause contradictory results and may lead worsening of the patient. Here, we report a 58 year old patient with coronary artery. Her symptoms had been worsened after by-pass operation due to negligence of competition possibility. The phenomenon was also discussed in the light of the literature.
