The formation of a cluster and development of business activity in innovative economy

The important mechanism of small and average business development in the conditions of innovative economy is application of cluster approach. In article the essence of cluster approach is opened, experience of creation of clusters, their influence on business development is studied, priority branches concerning which application of cluster approach is effective are defined.
