STUDY REGARDING THE DEVELOPMENT OF DEXTERITY IN EIGHTH GRADERS THROUGH THE USE OF TEAM HANDBALL

The reason why team handball was chosen for this experiment is because of the conditions of the school where the Physical Education lessons were conducted, as well as because of the fact that the game of handball, through most of its components, adapted for a middle school level, constitutes an excellent means for the 8th grade Physical Education lessons, this being the premises for our study.Hypothesis: Presumably, the study of the development of dexterity in 8th graders, through handball, could bring us more knowledge regarding the harmonious physical development of middle school children.The use of specific handball means and methods, in order to develop dexterity, lead to a positive evolution of this motor skill in all of the experimental groups, the results serving as evidence.
