LUGE CONTEST ON THE STREET, OPPRTUNITIES TO HAVE FUN

The appearance, more often, of natural trail luje competitions (streets, hills frozen) in the world, looking for us to promote this action and in our country, given the conditions offered and minimum requirements for the organization. Luje competitions in Davos, Switzerland, St. Petersburg, Russia, Liberec - Czech Republic, have been leading the global competition (first in 1955). Given the complexity of artificial tracks, IDF returned by organizing competitions while the sled started. Luge competitions were organized on natural trails, streets with broad public audience and competitors. Romania has benefited from a program to support these competitions both logistical and material.In research conducted we made a comparison between the technical and tactical equipment between the two test runs (track artificial natural track). We analyzed the relationship between aspects of somatic-functional requirements and mentally in preparation for future athletes.The study found that the sport is suitable for the conditions in our country and can be successfully promoted among young people, adults, etc.
