AXIAL DEFFLECTION STUDIES OF RING SHAPED FORCE TRANSDUCER: A REVIEW

The ring shaped force transducers are widely used in practice and are available in varying capacities from few hundred newtons to mega newtons. The present paper discusses the deflection studies of thering shaped force transducers under action of axial forces. Various methods leading to the measurement of deflection have been discussed and compared here.
