THE EXPANSION OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF A MANAGER AS THE BASIS OF INTRODUCTION OF ADDITIONAL AREAS

The article is concerned with the analysis of changes in the structure of training of managers in present conditions, which represent the expansion of the professional sphere of action. The author has presented characteristics of the components of this structure, generalized the personal, ideological, professional and moral characteristics of the manager.
