A 1 GHz to 3 GHz Design of Low Noise Amplifier for Multi-standard Receiver

A single ended low noise amplifier for multi-band multi-standard (1 GHz to 3 GHz) receiver has been designed, simulated and tested for performance. This design and implementation is based on inductively generator common source type. The results show a power gain of 17.89 dB, noise figure of 0.581dB and input and output return loss is below -10 dB at center frequency.
