Recommendations for action in emergency nursing for patients with spontaneous chest pain (GDR: 143)

The prevalence of chest pain emergency services represents between 5-20% of the visits they experience. The diagnostic possibilities are numerous and range from trivial conditions to health emergencies that are time dependent, hence the need to make a proper prioritization at the time of triage and the performance of adequate follow-up actions. As we consider necessary to establish an action plan agreed between all emergency nurses to improve patient's safety.
