Yorumlar, ü üncü b lümde yer almaktad r. This study is aimed to analyze the determining indicators for application of flexicurity in labour market in Turkey. It is planned in three chapters. Before examining the attainment of this in Turkey, few points related to the concept of flexicurity in literature are taken in introduction. The second chapter focuses on the main hypothesis of the study and it has two sub-chapters. In the first sub-chapter, the background of flexicurity concept has been considered since the seventh development plan’s period in Turkey. The structural characteristics of economy and labour market in Turkey have been accepted as the determining parameters of flexicurity in the second sub-chapter. Main conclusions have been provided in the chapter three.
