Occupational health andsafety is the leading problem that countries need to solve in order to obtain a sustainable level of welfare fortheir workforce. Hence the importance given to occupational health and safety continuously increases andthe provisioning of safe and ergonomic working conditions becomes one of the main functions of enterprisemanagement. Today, many enterprises take action in order to establish safety culture within their environment.To optimize the health and safety of people in the working environment, the creation of enterprises depends onthe health and safety culture. To achieve this, all the people to accept any environment and its disseminationof Security Culture has become a necessity. Among all the policies and measures being implemented, the roleof management is one of the key factors in achieving this objective. This study aims to investigate the relationshipbetween safety culture and behavior of the manager. A questionnaire methodology is used to measuresafety culture and the role of the management. The data are analyzed using the methodology of multivariablestatistical analysis.
