The web service oriented architecture with predefined quality constructs is vital for the firm’s success. The research objectives were met through the literature review. There are many gaps in the previous studies and most of the research articles were focusing on one or two variables. Most of the studies were falling short of dealing with quality, Competitive advantage, and service oriented architecture simultaneously. The rationale of this study is based on the assumption that web based service delivery models are essential in the business environment to gain competitive advantage.
