EFFECTIVE INTEGRATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSES IN SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION

This paper discusses the need for synergic application of administrative processes (POSDCORB-E) in the day –to- day administration by school administrators like Headmaster, Principal, Rector, Provost, and Vice-chancellor, but the focus has been that they improve school administration. It started with the theoretical origin and meaning of POSDCORB-E and its profounder. The acronym POSDCORBEwas succinctly discussed as planning, organizing. Staffing, directing, coordinating, reporting, budgeting and evaluation. It also highlighted importance of evaluation with summary and recommendations.
