Modeling and Implementing an e-Business Project in Taiwan’s Textile Industry

To face the Internet economic environment, many corporations have adopted an e-business strategy. To better decipher the industry implementation model and its performance, this paper showcases two local textile corporations, Chia-Her Company and Everest Company, by profiling their e-business strategies, model and performance. This profiling, combined with literature review, is used to present a reference model for how the industry implements information systems.
