APLIKASI SIX SIGMA DMAIC DAN KAIZEN SEBAGAI METODE PENGENDALIAN DAN PERBAIKAN KUALITAS PRODUKKeywords: CTQ , DMAIC , DPMO , Kaizen , Six Sigma Abstract: This research is done to knowing the ability production process according to defect product, with the six sigma approach. And doing some controlling method that is Seven tools to analyze cause of defect product. Along with implementation of continuous improvement by Kaizen that consist of Kaizen Five-Step Plan, 5W and 1H, and also Five-M Checklist as well. After doing some data processing we got the DPMO Value 4509.384 which mean that from one million opportunity there is possibility 4509.384 product will defect. The level of the company be at 4,11 sigma with CTQ (Critical To Quality) which is cause more defect is the Dek at 20.76 % from 22517 total.Analysis of result we can conclude that major cause of defected is human factor and according to kaizen implementation so the major policy which must be run by the company is strict controlling in all sector.
