La interpretación del contrato de seguro y los dilemas de la hermenéutica contractual en Cuba

The perception that the rules of the contractual hermeneutics were consideredmaxims of the experience, in the legal system of Cuba, has changed after thepromulgation of Ordinance Law No. 263/2008. When recognizing a special systemof interpretation for the insurance contract, the rule begins a new way for thecomprehension of this aspect in the compliance and execution of contracts inour country. The purpose of this research is to analyze the norms of this contractabout contractual interpretation and its impact in the system of the Cuban CivilCode, as well as the one of economic and mercantile legislation.
