Methodological basis of planning the multilevel control system of the industry strategic potential development

The main principles of allocation conception of multicomponent control system ofthe industry strategic potential development of Ukraine are worked out and substantiated. Thecomposition of six level combinations of principles for providing the project efficiency isdetermined. Functions, levers and regulators necessary to provide the functioning reliability of fourkey subsystems are identified on five stages of system research of management processes of Ukraineeconomy real sector strategic potential development. It is confirmed that their activity depends onthe general economic interests and warns arising some threats and risks to steady development ofthe state.
