Potential management model creation under enterprise strategic development circumstances

The present state and some problems of the enterprise potential development and its effective operation are studied in the article/. The etymological meaning of the term "potential", its specific characteristics and peculiarities are described. The basic stages of management of the enterprise economic potential are proposed. It was revealed that the company to maximize the potential of their own should meet certain requirements: the presence of regulated integrity, ability to self-adaptation and stabilize both within the enterprise and in interaction with the environment, the ability to self-organization, the ability to innovate (change). Elements defined resource potential of the company, which include financial, labor, material, intellectual and information resources. A conceptual model of potential business management concerning its main components (resources, production, market) development indicating the administrative functions of the responsible departments is proposed
