Tabús informativos individuales y organizacionales del periodismo espa ol en el siglo XXI: un estudio Delphi

En espa ol: La libertad de información de las democracias occidentales está asegurada por algunos elementos sociales, culturales y legales. Sin embargo en este trabajo defendemos la existencia de un determinado número de temas que restringen o detienen el flujo informativo. Los hemos definido como “tabús informativos” porque comparten con las restricciones sociológicas unas naturalezas inherentes, no externas, a los emisores. En este trabajo los hemos estudiado desde el punto de vista del emisor individual y organizacional del contexto espa ol, un país donde hubo censura oficial hasta 1977. Mediante la utilización del método Delphi hemos preguntado a siete expertos en comunicación acerca de la existencia, el impacto, la naturaleza y también las posibilidades de erosión de estas fronteras informativas de los medios espa oles. In english: The free speech of the Western democracies is assured by some legal, cultural and social elements. However we defend in this paper the existence of a determine number of topics which stop or restrict the free flow of information. We have defined them as ‘informative taboos’ because they share with the sociological restrictions a nature inherent, non-external, to the speakers. In this paper we have studied them from the point of view of the individual and organizational speaker inside of the Spanish context, a country where there was an official censorship until 1977. By the use of the methodology Delphi we have asked to seven Spanish experts in communication about the existence, the impact, the nature and also the possibilities of erosion of these barriers in the Spanish media.
