Conventional Technique for Ablation of Upper Loop Reentry

We present a 33 years-old smoker male with dyspnea on exertion, the cause ofwhich was finally identified as atrial tachyarrhythmia after performingechocardiography, coronary angiography, right, and left sided cardiaccatheterization During electrophysiology study; upper loop reentry (ULR) a rareform of atypical Atrial flutter was diagnosed and ablated by conventionaltechnique. New mapping technology improved our understanding of the mechanismand pathways of arrhythmia, and allowed complex ablations made easier and morecosteffective.
