Semilocal connectedness of product spaces and -continuity of maps

We consider the problem of the transfer of semilocal connectednessfrom factors to the product space and vice versa. Some sufficientconditions are given under which the product of semilocallyconnected spaces is semilocally connected. Obtained theorems arenot invertible, suitable examples are given.
